The intended shape, stated plainly rather than as a promise: a seller pays once for a page and a printed sign rider, the page stays live while the home is for sale or for rent, and the seller owns what they write and the photographs they upload. We do not take a commission on a sale and we are not a broker, an agent or a lender.
